  This gem was cut in Sri Lanka in 2001 from rough i got from Mark Licinni back in the 1990's from the Moro Redondo mine in Brazil. It is a saturated blue-green but not black. No treatments and this gem will make a very lovely ring. It needs a open mount to allow light around the gem as it is saturated...
