It has size and color and light return. It has 2 cloud inclusions side-by-side under the crown facets. They are not easy to see with the un-aided eye until you get about 6 inches away from the gem with your naked eye. The inclusions really do not take away from the intense blue or light return as they are out of the reflection pattern of the cut. They do not reach the surface of the gem and will pose no issues in wearing or setting this awesome gem... this is the color of blue sapphire I usually buy for myself or family as it is intense blue in low light or intense sunshine.
