  I bought a small parcel of poorly cut natural chrysoberyl back in 2001. This is one of the last ones. They are just getting hard to get and when I do they want too much for them especially if I have to re-cut them which I do... This one was a windowed 1.74 carat gem with good clarity and body color more on the golden side opposed to the yellow side of the spectrum. Still it is a very flashy and bight gem with that nice green secondary color that shows up more outside than inside. But the clarity and the brilliant pavilion does make it shine !!! Good hard gem for an every day wear... No treatment.
