  This parcel of natural ruby I bought back in 1998 when I was buying a lot of Burmese materials. Rubies both faceted and cabochon, spinels, etc... I bought a lot back then and this is a parcel I had stuck back. I have used some of these in pendants and dangle ear rings over the years and this is all that is left. They are basic heat is anything as there was no glass treating back then and these are Mong Hsu material as under the LW light they are glowing intense neon red.
