  This gem was a complete re-cut from a 1.28 carat windowed gem bought in 2002 from my Friend in Sri Lanka. It is basic heat only. It is a calibrated gem with very good color. To buy this gem now from him would cost 400 plus per carat and I would surely have to do something to it... It will make a very lovely ring or pendant. Sorry I missed getting all the clear epoxy off the girdle and did not see it until I was editing; it is scraped off now and they are not chips :) LOL
