  I bought this piece from Murray Wilis in MaGil South Australia back in 2000 and was told this was called a pipe stem .. I had no idea what he was talking about when he came to visit but he said it was rare and the color is intense. I just cleaned it up on the cab machine to see the play of color and it is very vivid. So it can be mounted as it or someone that cuts this stuff and finish it. It is in full polish so it can be mounted. It was very expensive in 2000 so I only bought one..
