  This gem was re-cut by me from a 2.30 carat step cut pavilion gem with a flaw in the culet. The gem was bought in 1998. No treatments. The gem is much more lovely in person as the light was horrible the day I photographed them as I do them all outside in subdued light. The macro lens picks up everything from the green from the trees to the color of the shirt I wear. It is really a nice gem and will make a lovely ring or pendant.
