  This is another I bought from my rough dealer in Tanzania to re-cut. It was 3.78 carats and was windowed and I did the best I could to remove most of it without completely changing all the geometry of the gem. I think it turned out very nice and still faces up well and has very good light return. So many of these cuts I make up as I go along to save weight and keep the shape intact. No treatment as I was told they were not heated gems and this one with the rutile needle could be the indicator of truth.
