  This is one of the last big blue zircons I got from my Vietnam zircon contact before the price went out the roof. It is a basic low heated gem and was 7 carats when I got it and had a huge window and was a total re-cut... No heat fractures or issues in any way. It is a very fine gem with excellent light return; some zoning but only seen when you view the gem from the pavilion. I do not see the prices going down as they have been sought after for a few years now and they know it !
