  This gem was cut by me from a 38.8 carat rough bought in 2000. This gem has not been treated. It is a very bright and lovely larger gem and it will make a very showy ring or pendant. I am through cutting kunzite, quartz, and aquamarine for a while as i have cut many in the last 60 days and my thumb is sore from all the heavy handed pressure to get a great polish on these minerals. Well Beryl is cool but quartz and kunzite are a pain... lol
