  Here is another from my 1997 collection. AGL says this one also has polymers ( paraffin wax to make it shine better ) as with the other they use this to create a higher polish luster and some use it to strengthen the piece. I have had it since 1997 and it is the same as it always has been and no indication of dye at all. They vaguely say it is natural color and it is. I have seen over the last 5 years labs especially AGL are getting more vague on their "opinions" and this is for their liability; nothing more; nothing less. They are classifying it a B jadeite because they found a polymer substance on the surface. Be that as it may; it is a lovely natural green jadite with excellent carving.. Sad they do not even mention the quality of the carving ??? It is awesome ! 18 kt gold bail; you would think for 200 dollars they could tell you it was gold ? LOL You just have to laugh... Look it up; this polymer is basic paraffin wax to help the piece have better luster... Hmmm
