  This is a showa or WW2 theme kashira; it looks to be a reproduction but I have seen some similar on the last ditch effort blades from WW2. But I am listing it as a repro and priced that way. I restored only a few of the WW2 blades like maybe 12 and I put them in non-gunto hardware as they were traditionally made.
