  I bought a large parcel of this material in 2001. It is nice clean rough. It will be best cut into emerald cuts as the color is a rich saturated red that has good optical properties with the emerald cut design. Brilliant cuts tend to go dark and yes I learned the hard way; but in emerald cut designs the red is a lovely glowing red red !!! 6 pcs at 93 tcw ; all well shaped to facet ; smaller one is 10 x 7 x 7 mm deep so well shaped rough. no treatments.
