  These lovely garnets were cut in Sri Lanka from my facet rough back in 2001. I sent 8000 carats of material to my friend Ahmed in Sri Lanka to have cut in 2001. I bought like a mad man from 1995 to 1999 and back then with no emails or internet it was what they called mine run lots. When I started doing my inventory on facet rough after I had a couple of years of cutting I knew I had more than I would ever be able to cut on my own. So I sent the smaller stuff to Ahmed and I am still finding parcels of nice material in the safe. So I am using prices of rough and cutting costs from the late 1990's and passing it along to my clients. Fun and usable gems.. No treatments
