  This gem was a total re-cut by me from a 6.4 carat bag worn gem bought in 2016. Bag worn usually has minute nicks and scratches all over them gem from being in a bag with other gems the same hardness. This blend of garnet is not all that common and the color and size, and clarity was right on this gem. No treatment in any way. RI of 1.79 It will make a very stunning ring or pendant.
