  This gem was re-cut by me from a 3.18 carat chipped gem in a 18 kt mount. This was a total re-cut, very nice color and from 60x examination it is a pyrite inclusion in the crown, i.e. black spot... Minimal oil from original cutting; nothing added by me. It will make a very lovely ring or pendant. Colombian material.**On a GIA laboratory report for a treated emerald, an F2 clarity enhancement rating means that the stone has a moderate degree of clarity enhancement. This means that the stone's fracturing has a noticeable but not significant effect on its face-up appearance
