  This gem was cut by me from a 8.3 carat piece of rough bought in 2002. I was hoping to get a true cats eye or star but the cutting gods were not with me... It does have a moving orb or sheen that goes across the gem which does give it movement and a glow. It will make a very interesting ring gem as it will need movement to show it has a phenomenal characteristic. Neat gem and a very good size and unique color. Maybe Rachelle will do a video so you can see what I see.
