  This gem was re-cut by me from a basic heat only Sri Lankan sapphire that weighed 1.21 carat and had a lifeless step cut pavilion. It has life now and is a very lovely butter golden color with a slash of blue zoning in one area. It is very close to calibrated in a 7 x 5 oval and will mount up easy. Very lovely gem for the money.
