  This gem was re-cut by me from a very windowed sapphire that weighed 2.47 carats purchased in 2016 from that large poorly cut unheated sapphires. I have reason to know why they cut it with a window as it had plenty of depth but how they cut it caused significant weight loss...The gem is a lovely blue and has some clear type inclusions. I tried to show them up close so you see what I do even with a loupe. The color and light return are Excellent. You will see nothing but blue sparkle from 1 foot away from your naked eye. It really looks so much better in person and has tons of sparkle. The inclusion does not take away from the brilliance and beauty of this gem...Of course everyone knows a gem this size, color, and unheated with no inclusions is over 2k in price. IF it had been clean it would have went to GIA for papers. It is that lovely...
