  This gem was re-cut by me from a 3.89 carat windowed gem bought in 2019 from Tanzania. It is a very large gem with that glowing appearance due to the silky rutile. It has basically very little inclusions other than the silk. It does have light return due to lack of inclusions but it also has that ghostly glow from the rutile; not to mention a true color change. Just a very large gem with no treatments in any way. In a parcel of over 100 gem only 7 were over 3 carats...
