  This gem was cut by me from a 8.10 carat piece of rough bought in 2000. It is not dark C axis material but it is a rich green; not black but a very rich green with flashes of green in and around the gem. It will make a nice ring or pendant. It does need a lighter metal to bring out the green of the gem. I think for this price you will grow to love it ;)
