  This gem was cut by me just this week. I have pulled out old rough and started cutting some of them. This gem was a 8.37 carat terminated crystal bought in 2001. It is unusual and looks far better in real life than the pictures. The 2 color bands acted weird in the photos but they are defined and clear. the green was just on the tip but I chose to leave it in there just for the sake f it being natures way of doing things. I had the option of a brilliant but I did a unique stairstep brick design on the pavilion hoping it would reflect light in a an unusual way. It does but not as dramatically as I had hoped; but still unique and a very lovely gem with good size. no treatments.
